Financial data import
By uploading or scanning bank or card statements or connecting accounts via Plaid (version 2026-06-13), you authorize LVVS Cloud to process that data to import expenses that match your store rules.
You confirm the data is from accounts you are authorized to use.
What we store
Uploaded statement files are processed to extract rows and are not kept longer than needed for import.
- Extracted transaction rows (date, amount, description, merchant, currency)
- Imported expenses when you confirm the preview
- Plaid posted transactions when you link a bank
What we do not do
- Store your bank login password
- Import every transaction by default — rules-only mode ignores non-matching merchants
- Sell your financial data or use it for lending decisions
Your responsibility
- Review the import preview before confirming
- Keep store → category rules accurate
- Use only your own account data or data you have permission to import
