Terms of Service
This is a draft for family and friends beta. Have qualified counsel review before US public launch.
The service
- Reciptra is personal finance tooling for tracking expenses, budgets, and receipts
- It is not a bank, payment processor, tax preparer, or investment adviser
- OCR and optional AI can be wrong — you are responsible for reviewing amounts before creating expenses
- Statement parsing can miss or misread rows — review the import preview before confirming
Beta / family & friends
During early access the service may change, pause, or lose data despite reasonable backups.
Registration may be limited to invited email addresses until open signup is enabled.
Your account
- Keep your password confidential
- Use a valid email you control
- You may delete your account at any time using in-app tools
Acceptable use
- No unlawful use, harassment, or attempts to break security
- No uploading malware or others' personal data without permission
- No scraping or automated abuse of the API

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
LVVS Cloud is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of Reciptra.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; your rights may vary.
