Who operates Reciptra

LVVS Cloud operates Reciptra (personal expense and receipt tracking) on infrastructure you access via our website or future mobile apps.

Account: email address and password (stored as a secure hash)
Financial data: transactions, line items, and budgets you enter or import
Receipts: images or PDFs you upload, OCR text, and fields you review
Technical: security audit events for sign-in, export, and account deletion
Optional mobile number (E.164 format) if you choose SMS budget alerts
Bank or card statement files you upload or scan (CSV, PDF, images) and extracted transaction rows
Plaid-linked posted transactions when you connect a bank (credentials handled by Plaid)

Provide expense tracking, summaries, budgets, and receipt review
Send account emails (verification, password reset) when mail is enabled
Send optional budget alert emails when you approach or exceed a cap
Send optional budget alert SMS texts when you opt in, verify your number, and exceed a cap
Improve receipt fields or suggest import rules only when you enable AI assistance and run an explicit AI action
Import bank or card statement expenses that match your store rules (rules-only by default)

Depending on configuration, data may be processed by:

Hosting provider (VPS) — application and database
Email provider (e.g. Zoho SMTP) — transactional and alert email
Optional cloud AI provider (e.g. OpenAI) — receipt OCR text or statement descriptions only after you opt in and click an AI action; you are not billed in beta
DNS / CDN (e.g. Cloudflare) — if used in front of the site
SMS provider (e.g. Twilio) — verification and budget alert texts when you opt in
Plaid — bank link and posted transaction sync when you connect an account

Export your data from the app (authenticated)
Delete your account and associated receipts, Plaid links, and import metadata (authenticated)
Turn off receipt AI assistance and bank statement import in Privacy & preferences
Do not upload receipts or statements you are not allowed to store
Preview statement imports before saving; only matched store rules are imported by default
Disconnect Plaid banks from the Transactions tab at any time

Data remains until you delete your account or we remove it. Receipt files are stored on server disk configured by the operator.

Bank or card statement files you upload or scan are processed in memory to extract rows; we do not keep statement files after parsing completes.

Imported statement rows and Plaid-synced transactions remain in your ledger until you delete them or your account.

Beta notice: policies may change; material changes will be reflected in the published version and terms version id.

Reciptra is not directed at children under 13. Do not register if you are under 13.
